Online
To order online, visit our ONLINE STORE. Orders are processed the next business day.
If you have not been contacted within 24 hours of placing your order online, please contact 509-927-8850 to confirm receipt of your online order.
If you request next day pick-up, please call 509-927-8850 before to placing your order online to ensure availability.
Phone
Call in phone orders at 509-927-8850. A staff member is available Monday thru Friday 9am to 6pm PST, and Saturday 11am to 4pm.
If you call after business hours, please leave a message and we will return your call the next business day.
Fax
To order by fax, fax your request to our EFAX 509-931-8850, it's availabe 24 hours a day. CALL OUR BAKERY 509-957-8850 TO CONFIRM RECEIPT OF YOUR FAX!
If the daytime fax is busy, our alternate landline fax is 509-927-0370, available only during business hours. PLEASE CALL FIRST TO FAX TO THIS FAX #, to ensure it is turn on. (It's not always on while in the bakery.)
Please include your daytime phone number so we can contact you for payment confirmation.
Any faxed orders received after 6pm PST, will be processed the next business day.

Shipping
Please note: Shipping is limited to specific products, See product descriptions for limitations.
If you place an order to be shipped and we are not able to ship part, or all of your order, you will be notified as soon as possible.

Shipping charges are calculated per individual product.
Shipping charges include postage of $9.95 and packaging $1.05.

Product Guarantee
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us weekdays at 509-927-8850 between 9am and 5pm PST. We request that you retain all remaining product and packaging materials so we can best assist you. We request that you contact us within 24 hours of receipt.
PLEASE NOTE: White Box Pies does not take responsibility for damaged product due to shipping damage, products are perishable. If you would like a replacement, additional shipping charges may apply.
